Algaecide

Liquid algaecide quickly and efficiently combats algae and stops algae growth in ponds, waterfalls and fountains. Effective for treating both string algae and single-cell (green-water) algae.

One teaspoon treats 50 gallons of water. Measure dosage carefully so as to avoid harming fish – and always err on the side of adding too little. Always run an aerator when applying algaecide, especially during hot weather. For long-term algae control, treat water with weekly doses of Beneficial Bacteria and keep a wide variety of plants in your pond.
